When flavor is a priority, nothing cooks as good as a charcoal grill. Anything you put on the grill will absorb that “smoke” flavor from using high quality hardwood or lump charcoal. No fillers here like you see in standard briquettes, the only thing added is what was already there – FLAVOR! PRO TIP: A grill made from a thicker material is what you want. The thicker grills hold the heat in cold and/or windy weather much better.
